We are three friends, three creative thinkers, three illustrators.
Our visual design studio,the officina di segni LibellulArt,
is based in Turin, Italy,
in a neighborhood that has always hosted artists and artisans.
Officina di segni is a play on words which means
both workshop of signs and drawing workshop.
Indeed our job, as well as our passion, is to communicate through images and words, transforming our ideas and those of people working with us into illustrations and graphics for cultural, educational, promotional and advertising fields.

In collaboration with the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity, LibellulArt produces graphics for Cafèndario, a brochure that tells about a farmer’s everyday life, during all year long when he produces his coffee. By respecting the traditional techniques of cultivating the land and respecting the community he lives in, the farmer grows products marked by high quality. The project aims to contribute in raising the standards of small coffee producers’ living in mountain and rural communities in Central America.

The magazine “ML- Mountains & Lakes news” pubblishes a traditional walser legend illustrated by LibellulArt. The legend tells about a group of young fearless people that rebelled and run away from  the tyran of Naters to colonize the heights of Ornavasso, where they met little elves and… to be continued with an illustrated book!

LibellulArt selected for “Just for you – design from the heart”, a book by the spanish pubblishing company IndexBook, that collects graphics, objects, cards, posters, pictures and stories of worldwide designers, illustrators and artists.

LibellulArt has produced the promotional materials of  “Incontra Senegal”, menaging with CISV, AITR, Viaggi Solidali and the senegalese associations of Turin the process of  designing the campaign of awareness to promote Senegal as a destination for responsible tourism.
This campaign, part of a bigger project “Foundations4Africa” (Compagnia di San Paolo, Fondazione Cariparma, Fondazione Cariplo e Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena), has been presented at “Fà la cosa giusta” (“Do the right thing”), national fair of  critical consumer in Milan 12th/13th/14th of march. The stand of “Incontra Senegal” will be also at “Terrafutura”, international exhibition/meeting of good  life, business and governament practices  in Florences from the 29th  to the 31st of may.  For those who will have the chance to be there: don’t miss it!

Everything you want to know about responsible tourism avaliable in a Cd-Rom!
LibellulArt produced the graphics of the first element of an educational kit of a project called TRES Europe. LibellulArt has already produced all the graphic identity and the promotional materials for it. The Cd-Rom has been presented at the meeting “Turin for a responsible tourism” (15th and 16th may 2009).

The exhibition “Marzoni Sacconaghi. A dinasty on the stage” has been set up again. It has been curated and produced by LibellulArt restoring pictures, documents and costumes of a family devoted to the classical ballet and opera since four generations. The exhibition can be visited in the hall of the council theatre in Ornavasso (Vb) from the 12th to the 24th of may 2009, supported by dances shows on saturday the 12th and sunday the 24th.

LibellulArt has realized the graphics for this web-site and for all the promotion concerning it (free-cards, posters and depliant). The site has the aim to create a social network between young people that travel to study, work, as a volounteer (or…just to travel) sharing infos about their experiences abroad by articles, blogs, etc.
